Events in Liguria: what to do in March 2024
Marchesato Trail, March 3, Finalborgo: among cliffs and caves, the Marchesato Trail route starts from Finalborgo, runs just steps from the coast and reaches Finale Ligure. The most challenging route is 60 kilometers long, with 3,000 meters of elevation gain; the other is 38 kilometers, while the shortest is 16 kilometers, with 1,000 meters of elevation gain.
Ponente in Rosa Trophy, March 5-8, Diano Marina: Diano Marina will be at the center of the sporting event, for a women’s cycling challenge over three stages: from Bordighera to Pietra Ligure, from Diano Marina to Diano Marina (with climbs to Monte Pagliassa, San Damiano and Testico and Colle San Bartolomeo) and third stage from Marina degli Aregai to Diano Marina.
Wind Festival, March 9 and 10, Spotorno: kite flyers from all over Europe will arrive in Spotorno, but not only. Special guests will be masters from Vietnam, with master Quan Hang Cao presenting exceptional works to the public, including costumes and games from his native country.
